DATA ENTRY SHEETS for Dairy, Sheep, Beef and Other Enterprises
The example data entry sheets (available from the web pages directly below this page) are designed to collect the data required for Red Sky Farm Performance Analysis. These are split between Dairy, Sheep, Beef, Cropping and Other data entry sheets, where other could be used for enterprises such as deer, goats, and other livestock options.
The data entry sheets are also split between 'Financial', 'Physical' and 'Stock Reconciliation'. The Financial sheets are to be used when completing the 'Financial Only' sections of Red Sky and have been designed to gather the absolute minimum information required to complete the Red Sky 'Financial Only' reports. You will also need a copy of the client's annual accounts or the information from either their electronic cash book or budget.
The Physical sheets have been designed to gather the minimum additional information required to complete the Red Sky 'Physical' reports.
The Stock Reconciliation sheets have been designed to gather all the annual livestock movements, including both the sale and purchase values and weights. The Wool-Fibre-Velvet Sales sheet has been designed to gather all the information on the sales of these products. All of these have been developed in preparation for the next version of Red Sky due out in August 2004.
The Cropping and Fertiliser Nutrient Data sheets have been designed to gather all relevant information related to these areas.
