The PIRSA Dairy Benchmarking Project was completed over three years included 2004/05, 2005/06 and 2006/07.
The project included providing full business analysis reports to all farmer participants, as well as reporting to the industry on the strengths and opportunities for the dairy industry. Farmer workshops were also run so that participants could discuss in more depth their individual results and further interpret the reports.
Red Sky was contracted to collect data and then process this data for the project as well as produce farm business reports for all participants.
